Creating a band

Creating a band costs one credit. New accounts start with one, so you can create your first band immediately after signing up.

Creating your first band

1. From your dashboard, choose to create a band.
2. Give it a name. You can change this later in the band's settings.
3. You become the band's owner, and your credit is spent.

Creating more than one band

Each additional band costs another credit, and credits are granted by a platform admin. There is no billing attached — it is an approval step, not a purchase. Ask an admin to add credits to your account, and the option to create a band comes back.

Joining someone else's band never costs a credit. Credits are only spent by the person who creates the band.

Owner or member

• The owner controls band settings, members, gigs, venues, songs, and set lists.
• Members see everything, RSVP to gigs, mark their own unavailable dates, and edit their own profile and instrument.
• A band has exactly one owner — the person who created it.
