Plans and Pro

What the Pro plan unlocks for a band, and how a band gets it.

Every band is on one of two plans. Free covers running a band day to day. Pro adds the parts that face outward — getting booked and being seen.

On every plan

  • Gigs, members and subs, songs and set lists.
  • Venues, availability, payments and mileage, reports.

Pro only

  • Booking — browse the venue directory and advertise the dates you want filled. Connecting with agents and taking dates they offer you works on Free too.
  • The venue directory — browse venues and ask for open dates.
  • Leads — enquiries that come in from your public page.
  • Agreements — reusable contract templates you can send for signature.
  • Your public page — a shareable EPK with your songs and stage plot.

Pro features are owner-only, with one deliberate exception: any member can browse the venue directory.

New bands are granted Pro automatically, so everything above should be there from the day you create one. There is no billing in the app — a platform admin controls plans. If a Pro section is missing from your sidebar, your band is on Free; ask an admin to switch it.
