Putting your calendar in your phone

Both the venue's calendar and one person's own shifts can be subscribed to from any calendar app, so what is booked sits next to everything else in your week without anybody having to remember to copy it over. A staff feed is offered for every role, not just sound engineers — a bartender wanting their shifts on their phone is the same need, and it takes no account to use.

Subscribing

1. Venue owners: your feed link is on the Staff and costs tab, along with a link for each person on your roster.
2. Sound engineers: your feed link is at the top of your schedule, one per venue you work.
3. Add it in your calendar app as a subscribed calendar, not an import. It updates on its own from then on.

Subscribing keeps it live. Importing takes a one-off copy that starts going stale immediately.

Who can read it

The link is the credential. Anyone who has it can read the feed, so treat it like a password — and if it gets out, rotate it. Rotating is the only way to revoke it, and it breaks any subscription still using the old link.

A staff feed shows that one person's shifts and nobody else's. Neither feed carries money — not a fee, not a rate, not the takings — because feeds get copied into services this app has no relationship with.
