Your numbers are yours. Exactly who sees what, and the one figure that leaks by arithmetic.
A room's trading figures are private business information. Venues do not put their numbers into a tool that shows them to the people they negotiate with, so the rule here is simple — and it is enforced in what gets fetched from the database, not by hiding things on screen.
Bands see none of it. Not the door, not the bar, not the food, not the headcount, not what a night cleared. Not a ranking or a suggested fee worked out from those either, because a number derived from private figures leaks them by inference.
An agent working your calendar sees exactly one number: what an act was paid, and only on a flat fee. Everything else about a night — door, bar, food, attendance, comps, spend per head, staff costs, what it cleared — is yours alone, as are your notes on an act.
A revenue split is a percentage of the door, so anyone holding such a deal can divide their way back to the door. That is exactly why splits pay out of the door and never the bar: the worst anyone can reconstruct is a figure they could have counted standing next to the door on the night. The bar cannot be observed from outside the building, and it stays that way.
Where a split exists, the payout figure itself is withheld from agents for the same reason.
The readings are private on exactly the same footing as the figures behind them, because that is all they are. Break-even on a night, how a show is selling, booking pace, the dates that behave differently, what each night was worth, which acts are worth a call, and how you have your acts tagged: all of it is yours alone.
None of it has a version for a booking agent working your calendar, none of it reaches a band, and none of it is on any export or any calendar feed. Where one of these appears on a screen you share with somebody, it is not fetched at all on their request rather than fetched and hidden.
A reading is never safer than the number behind it. Tickets sold multiplied by your ticket price is the door; an act ranked by what they drew, or a fee suggested from your history, hands over the private figure by inference. That is why nothing worked out from your numbers is ever shown to a band, however far removed it looks.
Their own schedule and their own pay. No act fee, no other engineer's rate, nothing from the settlement side.
The link is the credential, so anyone holding it can read the feed — rotating it is how you revoke it. No feed carries money of any kind, not even the subscriber's own rate, because feeds get copied into services nobody here has a relationship with.
