Your band's venues

The address book of places you play, and how it differs from the public venue directory.

Each band keeps its own list of venues. A gig points at one of them, so you are not retyping an address and a contact name onto every booking.

  • Name, address, and contact details.
  • Notes — parking, load-in, the sound engineer's name, whatever you keep forgetting.
  • Reused across as many gigs as you like.

The address is also what mileage is calculated from, so it is worth getting right.

Not the same as the venue directory

Your venue book is private to your band and you can put anything in it. The venue directory is a shared, platform-wide list of venues that bands on the Pro plan can browse to find dates. A venue in the directory may be run by its owner or by a booking agent — see Who can book a venue.
