Reports and exports

The Reports page pulls together what the band earned and how far it travelled, one calendar year at a time. It opens on the current year; use the arrows either side of the year to step back and forward. Every export takes the year you are looking at.

• Payments as CSV, for a spreadsheet or an accountant.
• Mileage as CSV, for an expenses or tax claim.
• A PDF summary, for when you want something readable rather than something to process.

Reports are owner-only. Members see gigs and their own details, but not the band's finances.

Reports only know what has been entered, so an empty report usually means the payments have not been recorded rather than that the gigs are missing.
